Customer Reviews
OZ RV good, shipping a bit slow
I picked up an OZ RV during a sale. The guitar itself is excellent, really happy with the build and sound. It feels very well put together for the price I paid. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took a full week to get here, which felt a little long compared to some other online retailers I've used. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Value-wise, definitely a good purchase.
Good value on an OZ
I bought an OZ when it was on offer, and I felt like I got a really good deal. I was looking for a high-quality instrument without breaking the bank, and this fit the bill perfectly. The guitar plays great and the Vola Pickups sound solid. Shipping was free, which always helps with the overall cost. For what I paid, it was definitely worth it.
My Ares 24 is incredible!
I just got my Ares 24 and it's absolutely amazing! The playability is insane, and the finish is just gorgeous. I can't believe how good it sounds straight out of the box. I'm so glad I decided to go with Vola. This guitar is a dream come true for me. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe an OZ 7! Definitely going to tell all my guitar friends about this company!
Consistently good quality
This was my third Vola purchase, I picked up an Ares this time. I've had a Vasti and an OZ before this. They've been very consistent with their quality, which is why I keep coming back. The feel of the neck on this Ares is just as good as my other two. Shipping times have been reliable too, usually within a week. It's nice to know what to expect when you're buying a guitar online. They always deliver.
Good guitar, decent process
I ordered a Vasti 7 a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, no real hitches there. It took about 6 days for the guitar to arrive in California, which was within the shipping estimate they provided. The packaging was very secure; it came in a hardshell case which was then boxed up well. The guitar itself plays great, the setup out of the box was decent, though I still tweaked it to my preference. I had a quick question about string gauge after it arrived, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid experience for a higher-end instrument purchase.

Thinking of grabbing one of those Vola guitars, maybe an OZ. How long does shipping usually take? I'm in NYC.
Anyone know if Vola does Black Friday sales? Really eyeing a 7-string but trying to save a few bucks.
